In response to Say My Name (Tell Me Where To Put My Love), this companion piece gives voice to my inner critic.
These days nothing seems to be enough. It's not enough to create art, you must also share it. It's not enough to share it, you must also be an expert in marketing with an established social media presence. It's not enough to market your work, if you want people to engage with it you must also share your face, your personality, your entire life. These are also not enough. One final piece is not enough. Thoughts like these often run through my head when I am painting. This one was shouting the loudest.
Running along the bottom edge of canvas and hidden from view when facing the canvas head on are the words "You're going to like this one more, aren't you?". Just another thought...
